Delivery and payment for parts from Poland

Dear customers, we accept orders only by means of the website and on the phone numbers listed on the website.

Delivery and payment in Europa:

• We deliver goods in Europa by european transport companies or own couriers service;
• we send orders via shipping company once a week ;
• delivery of orders is paid by the customer'
• If you detect any damage caused during transportation of your order, it is necessary to draw up a certificate of delivery and acceptance, and to prepare a claim (you will not receive compensation for the damaged goods if you fail to prepare these documents);

 Delivery time:

• the entire delivery procedure takes from 7 to 20 working days.

Delivery of spare parts is carried out upon full payment of the order.

  Payment methods:

•     to a bank account in euros;
•     to a bank account in zlotys;

Attention! Customs clearance amount shall be added to the price of engine, and extra charges are possible in case of large spare parts such as quarter panels, roofs, body parts. .

    In Poland, pursuant to the laws, the consumer has the right to return a NEW product within 14 days from the date it was purchased if the product has no visible signs of damage, dismantling or improper handling. Therefore, taking into account the time of delivery of the spare part to Europe and then to your place, the period left for examination and installation of the spare part shall not exceed 5 days.

-   the spare part is defective or operates incorrectly;
- the spare part has major defects not seen on the photographs of the lot;
- the spare part is different from the one on the listing;
- personalized terms of warranty (return) were discussed;
    Used spare parts testing warranty is 5 working days provided that the seller issues its own testing warranty

  Delivery and payment in the Europe countries:

goods are sent once a week (usually on Saturday) from our warehouse in Jaroslaw. Then the goods are sent to the customers at their addresses specified in the order. You may track the shipping information on the websites of shipping companies according to the consigment document;

Time of delivery is from 10 to 25 days. Time of delivery of the goods to our warehouse should also be taken into account, usually it takes 2-3 days after the purchase

Goods are dispatched to the customer upon prepayment of 100% of cost.

Attention! We do not deliver large auto parts such as roofs, body ceilings.
